Immigration Lawyer / Associate / Registered Migration Agent

About the role

Fragomen is seeking an experienced immigration lawyer or Registered Migration Agent with at least two years of post‑admission experience to join its corporate immigration team. You will work with a broad client base, from individuals to leading multinational companies, delivering strategic immigration advice in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client cases, providing strategic immigration counsel.
• Proactively handle caseload with support staff, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding corporate challenges and delivering solutions.
• Collaborate with senior staff, coach junior team members, and contribute to business development.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in Australian immigration law and practice.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and as an effective team player.

Required skills

• Sound working knowledge of Australian immigration law and practice.
• Experience in case management and client portfolio handling.
