About the role
Under the guidance of the ICT Manager, the ICT Systems Administrator will lead the development, maintenance and support of the Institute’s central data communication networks. The role focuses on ensuring reliable network and server infrastructure, robust disaster recovery and secure routing across the campus.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain the Institute’s network and server infrastructure.
- Manage disaster recovery solutions to protect critical data and services.
- Configure and monitor network routing and security mechanisms.
- Provide first‑line support for network and server incidents.
- Collaborate with the ICT team to plan upgrades and capacity expansions.
Required profile
- Relevant experience at Administrative Officer 5 level or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently under the ICT Manager’s direction.
- Strong problem‑solving skills in a higher‑education environment.

What we offer
- Competitive remuneration package ranging from AUD 111,006 to AUD 116,694 per annum (including base salary AUD 95,603‑100,583).
