ICT Support Technician (Entry Level) – Victoria

About the role

JB Hi-Fi Education is seeking enthusiastic entry‑level ICT Support Technicians to work on‑site at schools across Victoria. You will partner with education institutions to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support, assist specialist technicians, and help maintain a reliable technology environment for teachers and students.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Service Desk Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktop hardware, software and networking issues.
• Assist the Specialist Technician in task execution and resolution.
• Deliver local support for the Notebooks for Teachers and Principals program.
• Deploy system images, including packaging, building, testing and updating in live environments.
• Contribute to technical documentation for each school.
• Participate in on‑site installation of hardware and software systems.
• Perform basic server administration such as password resets, printer‑queue management, backup media handling and network‑service support.
