ICT Customer Support Officer (Full Time)

About the role

DevelopmentWA is seeking a customer‑focused ICT Customer Support Officer to join its ICT and Digital Transformation team. In this hands‑on position you will be the first point of contact for technology support across the organisation, helping employees resolve ICT issues and ensuring they have the tools, systems and support needed to work effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support for ICT incidents, service requests and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking and user access issues, escalating when required.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup and system access.
• Maintain ICT equipment and asset registers throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Assist with deployment, maintenance and improvement of desktop and device environments.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, collaboration platforms and meeting‑room technologies.
• Assist with technology upgrades, testing and implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles and user guides.

Required profile

• Experience providing ICT support in a service‑oriented environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills across desktop, hardware and software environments.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, including Windows and Microsoft 365.
