HVAC Service Technician – Brisbane

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Brisbane team in Windsor. You will work across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial sites, servicing and maintaining a wide range of HVAC equipment and advanced building technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Service, maintain, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose faults and deliver effective solutions for customers.
• Perform scheduled preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Install, commission and optimise HVAC equipment, including chillers and BMS components.
• Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure exceptional outcomes.
• Adhere to safety, industry and regulatory requirements on every job.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent).
• Queensland Restricted Electrical Licence.
• Proven experience in HVAC service, maintenance or repairs.
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Current driver’s licence and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
