About the role

TeamViewer is looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join its Adelaide office. You will provide both strategic guidance and day‑to‑day HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Offer practical HR advice to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations.
  • Coach managers on people‑related topics and improve team effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR system data.
  • Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, variation letters, and disciplinary outcomes.
  • Oversee onboarding, probation tracking, and off‑boarding end‑to‑end.
  • Act as the first point of contact for daily HR queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Support internal audits, ensure HR compliance, and contribute to policy development.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and organisational change projects.

Required profile

  • 2–4 years of experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist with strong operational exposure.
  • Hands‑on experience in HR administration, documentation, and HR systems.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations matters independently.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
