Hubspot Full-Stack Web Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a HubSpot Full‑Stack Web Engineer to lead the technology transformation of our award‑winning homeless charity. You will own the migration of our e‑commerce sites to HubSpot CMS, build custom integrations, and ensure HubSpot powers our operations end‑to‑end.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate WordPress e‑commerce sites to HubSpot CMS and rebuild key experiences using React, Next.js or similar frameworks.
• Create reusable frontend components that integrate with HubSpot forms, CRM data and external APIs.
• Develop custom HubL themes, templates and modules, and configure HubSpot Commerce for donations and sales.
• Design and implement HubSpot workflows, automation, and integrations with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Utilise automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) to connect systems and implement Operations Hub custom coded actions.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM architecture, custom objects, data integrity, and produce reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on HubSpot experience, including CMS development and workflow automation.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and production‑grade experience with React or Next.js.
• Proven ability to design, build and maintain API‑driven integrations and serverless functions.
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms (HubSpot Commerce, Shopify, WooCommerce) and accounting integrations (QuickBooks).

What we offer

• Competitive salary $120,000–$150,000 plus up to $18,000 tax‑benefit packaging.
