HRP / Human Resource Planning Consultant (TechnologyOne)

About the role

We are seeking experienced TechnologyOne consultants to join our rapidly expanding HRP practice in Australia. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality Human Resource Planning solutions to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide guidance.
• Implement and configure TechnologyOne HRP products across multiple client environments.
• Deliver end‑to‑end HRP solutions that meet customer expectations and industry best practices.
• Act as a customer advocate, ensuring a compelling experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Solid consulting background, specifically with TechnologyOne HRP implementations.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and high‑quality delivery.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required skills

• TechnologyOne HRP product experience (implementation and configuration).
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource Planning systems.
• Strong consulting and solution‑design capabilities.
