HR Recruitment Officer - Blue Collar

About the role

SRG Global is looking for a Recruitment Officer to join its team in Subiaco, WA. This is a permanent, full-time role supporting blue collar recruitment across the company's Western Australian operations. You will work closely with hiring managers and operational teams, managing recruitment from sourcing through to onboarding, and report to the HR Recruitment Team Leader as part of a wider national HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers and operational teams to understand current and upcoming workforce needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and site-based positions.
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, referrals and other channels, and building and maintaining talent pools.
• Handle job advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviews and candidate communication.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and work with mobilisation and site administration teams to support onboarding.
• Prepare letters of offer and keep accurate recruitment records in the ATS, SuccessFactors.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders, and represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally in an agency or internal recruitment setting.
• Experience recruiting trades, labour hire or site-based operational personnel.
• Exposure to construction, engineering, mining, resources and/or industrial services recruitment is highly regarded.
• Ability to work directly with hiring managers and manage several recruitment requirements at once.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong candidate sourcing and talent pipeline management.
• Understanding of recruitment compliance requirements.
