HR Manager – Platform People Services

About the role

This high‑impact HR Manager role combines ownership of core HR services with strategic partnering across a complex, multi‑business platform. Reporting to the Platform HR Director, you will lead the employee lifecycle, a payroll systems implementation and act as HR Business Partner for Finance and IT.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee platform‑wide people services, processes and policies for 60‑70 employees and 10 people leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in Workday and act as the conduit between HR, payroll and IT.
• Lead the implementation of a new payroll and time‑and‑attendance system, ensuring integration with Workday.
• Shape and deliver people plans covering workforce planning, talent, succession, culture and leadership development.

Required profile

• HR Generalist or Manager experience in mid‑large organisations, preferably in industrial, manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Proven track record delivering people initiatives with measurable outcomes and partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading significant change such as restructures or HR/payroll system implementations.

Required skills

• Strong experience with HRIS, ideally Workday.
• Advanced Excel capability.
• Experience managing payroll and time‑and‑attendance system projects.
