HR Coordinator – Short‑Term Contract (North Sydney)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our fast‑paced People & Culture team on a short‑term contract. The role starts immediately and runs through to mid‑July, providing hands‑on support across the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑ordinate the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, variations and off‑boarding.
• Maintain and manage employee records and HR information systems.
• Assist with recruitment coordination, schedule interviews and support hiring managers.
• Draft employment contracts and related HR documentation.
• Support HR reporting and ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.
• Provide general HR administrative support to the wider team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an HR Coordinator role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience working across the full employee lifecycle.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Desirable experience in the not‑for‑profit, education or purpose‑driven sector.
• Available to start immediately.
