HR Business Partner – Sydney (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Sydney on a hybrid basis. The role will partner with business leaders to shape people strategies that support organisational goals and drive a high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation, Fair Work Act and internal policies.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and organisational design.
• Lead employee engagement, retention, diversity & inclusion and culture‑building programmes.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition to develop hiring strategies and smooth onboarding.
• Analyse HR metrics and deliver insights to improve workforce effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including time as an HR Business Partner.
• Eligibility to work in Australia (citizen, permanent resident or valid visa).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
