About the role
We are looking for experienced recruiters to join our global platform and source candidates for live client vacancies. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere and earn placement fees for successful hires.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review active global job openings on the RecXchange platform.
- Submit qualified candidates into the hiring process.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
- Earn a fee of $3,000‑$11,000 for each candidate placed.
Required profile
- Background in agency or freelance recruiting.
- Proven ability to source and engage high‑quality candidates.
- Strong network of talent across various sectors.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
Required skills
- Candidate sourcing and screening.
- Use of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
