HR Business Partner – Mining & Construction

About the role
The organisation is a publicly listed resources contractor experiencing rapid growth. Reporting to the Human Resources Lead, the HR Business Partner will support a portfolio of sites on an 8:6 FIFO roster, providing generalist HR services and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and mentor line managers, delivering generalist HR advice.
- Manage grievances, disciplinary and performance processes.
- Oversee industrial relations, workforce planning and performance reviews.
- Implement HR initiatives such as culture development, talent management, engagement, retention, reward and recognition.
Required profile
- Qualified HR Business Partner with recent experience of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, work consultatively and provide pragmatic solutions.
- Background in site‑based HR, preferably within mining or construction.
- Full working rights in Australia.
