HR Business Partner

About the role

Join Siemens Healthineers as an HR Business Partner on a 12‑18 month fixed‑term contract. You will work closely with leaders across ANZ to shape people strategy, support the employee lifecycle, and drive organisational change in a purpose‑led, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and people strategy.
• Provide advice on employee relations, performance management and workplace issues.
• Support managers with leadership development, performance conversations and difficult discussions.
• Lead or support organisational change initiatives, talent management, succession planning and career development.
• Conduct and manage workplace investigations.
• Drive employee engagement, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing programmes.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and procedures.
• Manage HR projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support learning and development activities.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience in a generalist HR Business Partner role.
• Strong experience across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations and performance management.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior leaders.
• Current right to work in Australia.
