HR Advisor

About the role

Kinetic IT is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join its HR Shared Services team on a fixed‑term basis until May 2027. The role is a generalist position focused on end‑to‑end HR case management, providing timely advice and practical guidance to managers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate employee‑relations and fitness‑for‑work cases from enquiry through resolution.
• Develop strong relationships with people managers, offering coaching and proactive HR solutions.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve efficiency and consistency across accounts.
• Prepare HR and compliance reports to support data‑driven decision making.
• Provide advice on Australian industrial legislation, including Fair Work and Awards interpretation.
• Mentor and support HR Coordinators in handling day‑to‑day queries.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in HR/ER advisory and case management.
• Solid understanding of Fair Work, Awards, and ER/IR practices.
• Ability to translate HR policies into practical, people‑focused solutions.
• Strong communication skills with a coaching mindset.
