HR Advisor / Human Resources Consultant

About the role

EVE Energy Co., Ltd., a lithium battery manufacturer established in 2001, is strengthening its Melbourne-based Oceania team. It is looking for an HR Advisor based in Melbourne to support end-to-end local human resource operations, employment compliance, vendor coordination and employee relations for the Australia & Oceania region, working closely with the regional HR Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of HR outsourcing vendors, including payroll, tax, insurance and visa services, and help implement KPI assessment and cost control processes.
• Handle daily people operations, maintain healthy employee relations and support regional team stability and talent development initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on local policies, procedures and compliance matters.
• Assist with HR documentation, onboarding and offboarding processes and employee records management in line with Australian requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant HR working experience; experience in multinational or cross-cultural environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR operations and vendor coordination; solid knowledge of Australian employment laws and compliance is a strong advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English to communicate independently with local stakeholders and handle documents.
• Good communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
