About the role
We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our Subiaco office. Reporting to the Group Human Resources Manager, you will be part of a national HR team supporting the mining, construction and engineering businesses of SRG Global. The role focuses on maintaining HR systems, processing employee lifecycle events and assisting the People & Culture team with a range of initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the HR team and wider business.
- Manage the HR inbox, routing queries promptly or escalating as needed.
- Process employee lifecycle changes in SuccessFactors, including new hires, transfers, terminations and requisitions.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and personnel files.
- Assist HR Advisors with onboarding, internal mobility and immigration/visa activities.
- Prepare reports, business cases and HR documentation.
- Support the creation and upkeep of position descriptions and HR procedures.
- Collaborate with the payroll team on payroll‑related queries.
- Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Required profile
- Strong organisational ability and capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships at all levels.
- Proactive, team‑oriented approach with a commitment to confidentiality.
