Housing Office Supervisor – Onsite at Yulara

About the role

The Housing Office Supervisor will be based onsite at Yulara, NT, supporting the Ayers Rock Resort’s Housing Services team. This position ensures accurate financial recording for tenancy accounts and oversees the day‑to‑day activities of Housing and Bonds Officers, delivering a high level of service to residents and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Finance & Payroll to maintain precise tenancy financial records for both employees and business partners.
• Supervise preparation of residential leases and coordinate property inspections to ensure compliance.
• Provide efficient customer service, addressing tenant arrivals, transfers, and departures.
• Assist the Housing Services Manager, including managing the office in their absence.

Required profile

• Strong administration and organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused mindset and ability to handle tenant inquiries professionally.
• Experience in supervising staff or coordinating team activities.
• Ability to work onsite and live in the Yulara community.
