Housing Office Supervisor

About the role

The Housing Office Supervisor will be based onsite at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT, supporting the Housing Services Team. This role combines customer‑focused service with strong administrative oversight to ensure accurate financial records and smooth tenant processes.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Finance & Payroll to maintain accurate tenancy financial records for employees and business partners.
• Oversee preparation of residential leases and coordinate property inspections.
• Provide high‑quality customer service to maximise tenant satisfaction.
• Supervise Housing Officer and Bonds Officer to ensure efficient tenant arrivals, transfers, and departures.
• Assist the Housing Services Manager, including managing the office in their absence.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent administrative and record‑keeping abilities.
• Experience supervising staff or coordinating team activities.
• Ability to work onsite and live in a remote resort environment.
