About the role
Sodexo is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for a full‑time FIFO position on a 2/1 roster, based at a remote mine site village in Queensland. The role combines hands‑on cleaning duties with team leadership to deliver the highest level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the housekeeping team responsible for cleaning all accommodation rooms at the remote mine site village.
- Oversee cleaning of residential and town facilities, ensuring standards meet client expectations.
Required profile
- Australian citizenship or full working rights, able to pass pre‑employment medical, drug/alcohol testing and police check.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality or FIFO environments, with strong safety awareness.
