Housekeeping & Amenities Attendant

About the role

NRMA Parks & Resorts runs holiday parks across Australia, including Victor Harbor Holiday Park on the Fleurieu Peninsula, which offers safari tents, cabins and campsites with a pool, playgrounds and BBQ areas. This is a casual, hands-on Housekeeping & Amenities Attendant role of about 4 hours per shift, working 1 to 3-4 days per week depending on availability and park needs. Staff accommodation is not provided, so the role suits locals.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service accommodation and venue areas to NRMA Housekeeping Standards each day
• Change linen, clean cabins, replenish stock and record items in rooms
• Keep the park, cabins and amenities looking their best
• Work with the team but also work independently

Required profile

• Reputation for excellent customer service and good conversation with guests
• Housekeeping experience
• Able to follow directions for daily tasks and expectations
• Flexible to a 7-day roster including weekends and public/school holidays
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role

Required skills

• Good time management and an eye for detail
• Reliable, resilient and can-do attitude
• Energy and ability to work in a busy team
