Housekeeping & Amenities Attendant

About the role

NRMA Parks & Resorts runs holiday parks across Australia, including the Victor Harbor Holiday Park on the Fleurieu Peninsula, which offers safari tents, cabins and campsites with a pool, playgrounds and BBQ areas. This casual Housekeeping & Amenities Attendant role keeps the park, cabins and amenities clean and tidy. It is about 4 hours per shift, from 1 to 3-4 days per week depending on availability, and is best suited to locals as staff accommodation is not provided.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service accommodation and venue areas to NRMA Housekeeping Standards each day
• Change linen, clean cabins, replenish stock and record items in rooms
• Keep the property presented to a consistent standard
• Work with the team but also work independently

Required profile

• Reputation for excellent customer service and good conversation with guests
• Housekeeping experience
• Ability to follow directions for daily tasks
• Flexible to a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays
• Able to meet the physical demands of the role
• Severe allergies should be considered, as the property is pet-friendly and pets are present in guest spaces
