Hotel Manager – Sydney CBD

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites, a dynamic property in Sydney’s CBD. Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, maintenance and strata management to ensure exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day hotel operations, ensuring high standards across all departments.
• Manage profitability, property presentation and overall guest experience.
• Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, staff rostering and promotional initiatives.
• Develop and lead the property team, fostering a high‑performing culture.
• Build and maintain relationships with body corporate, strata managers and local business partners.
• Analyse data to make strategic decisions that increase RevPAR.
• Ensure compliance with body corporate and strata management regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel operational and financial management.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of staff engagement.
• Knowledge of body corporate and strata management regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold high service standards while maximising revenue and controlling costs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
