Hotel Manager - Oaks Ipswich Aspire Suites

About the role

Oaks Ipswich Aspire Suites is looking for an experienced and driven Hotel Manager to lead a dynamic property near the Nicholas Street Precinct in Woodend, Ipswich. The manager reports directly to an experienced Cluster General Manager and oversees all aspects of hotel operations, maintenance and strata management, keeping daily activities running smoothly and standards high.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day profitability, presentation and operations of the entire property
• Oversee financial forecasting, staff rostering and promotional initiatives to boost sales
• Develop and lead the property team
• Build relationships with key stakeholders such as the Body Corporate, Strata Managers and local business partners
• Analyse data to increase RevPAR through strategic decisions

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role
• Experience in body corporate and strata management environments, with an understanding of compliance requirements
• Track record of high service standards, revenue maximisation and cost minimisation
• Ability to build relationships with guests, owners and staff
• Only candidates with working rights in Australia or New Zealand are accepted
