Hotel Concierge & Bell Captain

About the role

The Hotel Concierge / Bell Captain is the first point of contact for guests at Swissôtel Sydney, delivering courteous and efficient service while representing the brand’s high standards. You will guide guests through their stay, promote hotel facilities and ensure a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests with courteous and efficient service.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Sydney attractions, transport options and local events.
• Promote hotel facilities and venues to generate additional revenue.
• Uphold brand standards and act as an ambassador for the hotel’s quality assurance program.
• Resolve guest issues creatively and turn challenges into opportunities.
• Work flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant hospitality experience.
• Full NSW driver’s licence (automatic and manual).
• Legal right to work full‑time in Australia.
• Customer‑focused, proactive, professional and culturally aware.
