About the role
Join the Sailmaker dining venue at Hyatt Regency Sydney as a Host, delivering warm and friendly service to guests in a high‑volume, 272‑seat restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest queries.
- Handle cashiering duties and manage payment transactions.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a restaurant environment.
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming.
- Ability to work autonomously on a rotating 7‑day roster, including weekends.
- Valid Australian working rights and NSW RSA certification.
Required skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
