Hospitality & Utility Worker – FIFO 14/7 roster in Darwin

About the role

Sodexo is seeking experienced Hospitality & Cleaning All‑Rounders to support its regional operations in the Northern Territory. You will work on a FIFO roster (14 days on, 7 days off) providing housekeeping, cleaning, and basic kitchen support for mining community accommodations.

Key responsibilities

• Housekeep and clean up to 30 accommodation rooms (dongas) per day.
• Maintain cleanliness of mine‑site offices, outdoor and common areas.
• Assist kitchen and dining operations, including basic food handling and preparation.
• Provide friendly customer service at the on‑site retail shop.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are met.

Required profile

• Valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Physically fit and able to work 11‑hour shifts.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment medical and drug/alcohol tests.
• Full Australian working rights.
