Hospitality Internship Trainee (2 Years)

About the role

A 2-year paid internship in the hospitality industry, open to candidates willing to relocate to Australia. The trainee works across several departments including Front Office, Food & Beverage Service, Culinary / Food Production and Housekeeping, learning international hospitality standards and practices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service and hospitality support
• Assist in hotel operations and customer handling
• Support food & beverage service activities
• Maintain hygiene and quality standards
• Coordinate with hotel departments for smooth operations

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality / Culinary Arts
• Currently pursuing an internship or employed with at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Minimum 6 months full-time hospitality experience, or equivalent of 12 months study/work in the last 24 months
• Currently working in a hospitality-related role
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English; IELTS equivalent of 5.5 preferred
• Preferred profiles: hotel management graduates, hospitality professionals, front office executives, F&B service associates, commis chefs and culinary graduates
