About the role
Randstad is recruiting gardeners and horticulturists for a council position in Edwardstown, South Australia. The role suits people with foundational horticulture skills who want an entry point into council work, as well as experienced horticulturists looking for a rewarding next step. It is a full-time contractor position.
Required profile
- Demonstrated horticulture experience and willingness to work outdoors
- Weed control and brush cutting experience
- Able to use all relevant tools and equipment for garden and tree maintenance, such as a front-deck mower
- Strong teamwork, a proactive approach to safety and the ability to operate machinery
Highly desired qualifications
- Certificate III in Horticulture
- Chem Cert accreditation
- Chainsaw licence
- Police clearance
- MR truck licence
