Home Site Supervisor

About the role

The Home Site Supervisor will lead a team delivering person‑centred care for clients with physical and psycho‑social disabilities in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Rockhampton, Queensland.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and manage operating expenditure in line with budget.
• Coordinate individualised care plans and ensure team awareness of each client’s requirements.
• Support personal hygiene, living skills and maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
• Ensure accurate documentation of activities and progress notes for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the disability sector, including complex behaviours and mental health challenges.
• Experience supervising staff and managing site operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships.
• Problem‑solving ability using a logical, systematic approach.
• Certificate III in Disability and/or Individual Support (highly regarded).
• Willingness to work some weekends and overnights and hold required clearances (Working with Children, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, CPR, National Criminal History, driver’s licence).
