Home & Investment Lending Manager – Sunshine Coast

About the role

ANZ is expanding its home and investment lending business on the Sunshine Coast and is looking for a motivated Lending Manager to join its retail team. You will work in a branch environment, helping customers navigate the home‑loan journey while building your own portfolio of borrowers.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers to save for, purchase and own their home or investment property.
• Build strong relationships and coach clients through the home‑loan process.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Develop your lending capability through training and mentorship.
• Gain transferable lending skills that can be applied across the bank and the wider financial services industry.

Required profile

• Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience.
• Proven track record in a sales role with financial targets and pipeline development.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building expertise.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to network within the community.
• Financial acuity and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using digital tools to educate customers on technology solutions.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work in an ambiguous environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and desire to contribute to a collaborative team.
