Home & Investment Lending Executive – Sydney CBD

About the role

ANZ Banking Group Limited is seeking Home & Investment Lending Executives for its Australian Retail division. This is a full‑time permanent position based in various branches across the Sydney CBD region. Executives will support customers through the home‑loan and investment‑property financing journey, helping them save for, purchase and own their properties while contributing to ANZ’s growth in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the local market.
• Coach customers through each step of the home loan or investment property financing process.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with ANZ’s service standards.
• Identify and generate new lending opportunities and referrals.
• Develop personal lending capability through dedicated training and coaching programmes.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve turnaround times and service quality.
