About the role

ANZ is expanding its home and investment lending team in Hurstville. As a Home & Investment Lending Executive you will help customers save for, purchase and own residential or investment properties while delivering a high‑quality banking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers throughout the home loan journey, from saving to purchase.
• Build strong relationships and coach clients on mortgage options.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth loan process.
• Develop personal lending capability through training and development programmes.
• Gain transferable lending skills applicable across the bank and financial services industry.

Required profile

• Proven residential lending and retail banking experience.
• Track record in a sales role with financial targets and pipeline development.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to network within the community.
• Financially savvy with keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable using digital technology to educate customers.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
