About the role
King’s Christian College is seeking passionate High School Teachers for its Logan Village Campus for the 2027 academic year. Positions are available across a range of subjects including Humanities, English, Science, and Art, supporting the college’s first cohort of Year 10 students.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver high‑quality lessons aligned with the Queensland curriculum.
- Assess, monitor and report on student progress regularly.
- Create a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Participate in school events, meetings and professional development activities.
- Support student wellbeing, promote positive behaviour and contribute to the Christian culture of the college.
Required profile
- Relevant teaching qualification and current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration.
- Strong commitment to Christian values and the mission of Christian education.
- Excellent communication and classroom‑management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a professional, supportive team.
- Dedication to student learning, wellbeing and educational excellence.
