High Reach Forklift Driver – Freezer Warehouse

About the role

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Driver for its client's warehouse in Banyo, Queensland. The role suits a reliable, safety-conscious operator comfortable working in a freezer environment at temperatures between -18°C and -21°C. You will operate a high reach forklift and help move stock safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a high reach forklift safely and efficiently
• Move, stack and store stock within the freezer warehouse
• Pick and replenish stock as required
• Assist with general warehouse duties when needed
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment

Required profile

• Previous high reach forklift experience is essential
• Valid and current LF forklift licence
• Comfortable working in a freezer environment at -18°C to -21°C
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment
• Reliable, punctual, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transport to and from the Banyo site is preferred

What we offer

• Base pay of $34.96 per hour plus a $0.85 per hour freezer allowance, total $35.81 per hour
• Consistent four-day schedule, Monday to Thursday
• Afternoon shift from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM
• Work location: Buchanan Road, Banyo, QLD
