About the role
This part‑time hybrid position is based in Melbourne, VIC, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. As a Help Desk Analyst/Service Desk professional you will provide technical support, answer help‑desk queries and troubleshoot a range of IT issues while assisting with desktop computer tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first‑line technical support to internal and external users.
- Respond to help‑desk tickets, log issues and track resolutions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems on desktop computers.
- Assist with onboarding new clients by configuring devices and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Resolve customer support concerns promptly and professionally.
Required profile
- Proven proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of desktop computer hardware and software.
- Experience handling help‑desk tickets and maintaining issue logs.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a hybrid work environment.
- Relevant IT support certifications are an advantage.
