Help Desk Analyst

About the role

The Help Desk Analyst joins Corrs Chambers Westgarth’s Technology team to provide friendly and efficient support to all users across the firm. You will proactively process technology incidents and requests, investigate problems, and help maintain high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of all incidents, monitoring and coordinating with the broader Technology team for timely resolution.
• Act as the first point of contact between the business and Technology, including external vendors and third‑party suppliers.
• Escalate faults and outages, communicating incident status regularly to customers.
• Contribute to team goals, standards and Service Level Agreements.
• Assist in creating and maintaining Help Desk process and procedure documentation.
• Participate in after‑hours support on a rotating schedule.

Required profile

• Experience working within a Help Desk or Technology Support role.
• Strong customer focus with a proactive approach to satisfaction.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Willingness and availability to work outside usual business hours on a rotating schedule.
• A strong team player.
