Health Business Banking Manager

About the role

As a Health Business Banking Manager you will be responsible for retaining and growing a portfolio of SME customers operating in the healthcare sector. You will deliver tailored, whole‑of‑customer banking solutions, engage clients through phone, video, email and digital channels, and ensure high‑quality, proactive service.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in high‑volume inbound and structured leads‑based outbound calling.
• Provide high‑quality customer service to a diverse range of healthcare SME clients within a managed portfolio.
• Retain and grow existing customers by understanding their business ambitions and delivering appropriate banking solutions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and support clients’ growth and development goals.
• Contribute to a high‑performing team culture based on collaboration and rapid solutioning.
• Meet assigned performance targets across the balanced scorecard.

Required profile

• Permanent, full‑time role (40 hrs/week) based in Sydney.
• Experience managing SME banking relationships, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with the ability to deliver consistent, reliable support.
