Head of Strategy & Transformation

About the role

We are a fast‑growing, private‑equity backed healthcare business seeking a Head of Strategy & Transformation to partner directly with the CEO. You will own the design and execution of the company’s most critical strategic initiatives, driving measurable commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement growth strategies and explore new market opportunities.
• Lead business transformation projects, including operating model redesign.
• Drive technology and digital innovation initiatives.
• Improve commercial performance through data‑driven analysis.
• Support M&A activities, from target assessment to post‑integration.
• Manage cross‑functional strategic programs and ensure delivery against targets.

Required profile

• Significant experience in top‑tier management consulting (Associate Partner or Principal level preferred).
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results.
• Leadership experience with a focus on building scalable solutions.
