Head of Finance and Treasury Operations

About the role

The Head of Finance and Treasury Operations leads WATC's Finance, Administration and Treasury Operations unit, providing financial stewardship, strategic advice and operational oversight in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance, Administration and Treasury Operations business unit.
• Ensure accurate, efficient delivery of financial management operations and corporate administrative functions.
• Provide commercial insights, stakeholder engagement and contribute to executive leadership decisions.
• Uplift organisational capability and foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Significant leadership experience in finance, treasury, accounting or financial management.
• Proven ability to partner with executive teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and sound professional judgement.
• Track record of leading teams and improving organisational effectiveness.
• Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or business with professional accreditation (CA, CPA, CFA, CIMA).
