Head of Equipment & Servicing

About the role

As the Head of Equipment & Servicing you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of beverage dispensing equipment for Asahi Beverages across Australia. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, safety and service excellence while driving capital efficiency and supporting sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a safety‑first, service‑led culture that prioritises customer outcomes and equipment reliability.
• Develop and execute equipment and parts forecasting to meet customer demand.
• Optimise installation, movement and maintenance processes to reduce downtime and improve performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance across all servicing activities.
• Identify and implement innovative equipment and servicing solutions.
• Own financial, asset and risk management, including CAPEX/OPEX optimisation.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in customer experience, asset management or beverage equipment.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and ROI.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver strategy in a service‑led environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
• Data‑driven with strong analytical and decision‑making capability.
• Experience in the food & beverage or related industry (preferred).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior level.
• Experience leading, coaching and building high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with a collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
