About the role

Lead Citation Group's digital growth across all brands, shaping how a PE‑backed organisation expands its customer base. You will own the digital channels from first click to sales‑ready lead, working closely with business leaders, sales and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Set the digital strategy and allocate investment to the most effective channels.
• Drive acquisition and lead generation across paid, organic and emerging AI search channels.
• Transform the website into a high‑performing lead generator.
• Turn interest into pipeline through nurture, automation and smart use of AI.
• Report on performance, translate insights into action and shift focus from hands‑on setup to strategic growth.

Required profile

• Commercially minded B2B digital leader measured by pipeline and revenue.
• Comfortable rolling up sleeves and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a growth‑focused, matrix or PE‑backed environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Extensive B2B digital marketing experience with multi‑channel budget ownership.
• Hands‑on knowledge of paid search, organic SEO and marketing automation.
• Data‑driven, commercial decision‑making.
• Practical experience using AI in marketing.
