Head of Delivery

About the role

The Head of Delivery joins Entsia’s Executive Leadership Team and is accountable for driving growth, customer success and operational performance across the organisation. Reporting directly to the senior leadership, this role ensures predictable, commercially disciplined and high-quality outcomes for the company’s portfolio of SaaS and platform services.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute strategically and operationally to enterprise leadership as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
• Ensure delivery performance is predictable, commercially sustainable and supports consistent revenue and margin outcomes.
• Build and lead a scalable delivery function that delivers high-quality customer outcomes while maintaining platform integrity and technical quality.
• Develop delivery leadership capability, fostering accountability, decision-making and operational discipline.
• Oversee portfolio management, governance, professional services and technical delivery across enterprise customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on data confidentiality and information security.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex delivery functions in SaaS, platform or technology-enabled businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale delivery operating models, governance and implementation approaches.
• Strong commercial acumen including forecasting, utilisation and margin management.
• Experience managing enterprise-level customer delivery, stakeholder coordination and cross-functional execution.
• Leadership capability to develop leaders, create accountability and drive reliable execution.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with high ambiguity.
• Executive presence, strong communication and sound judgement under pressure.
