Head of Content

About the role

This is a senior leadership position based in Australia, reporting to a partner company that manages the recruitment process. The Head of Content will shape and execute a data‑driven content strategy that fuels acquisition, engagement and brand consistency across a global, remote‑first organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own a measurable content strategy that drives organic traffic, sign‑ups and engagement.
• Lead SEO initiatives, including keyword targeting, search visibility and domain authority growth.
• Build and manage a scalable production framework for web, social, email and video channels.
• Set editorial standards to ensure quality, compliance and brand consistency.
• Mentor and develop a team of content creators and editors, establishing performance objectives.
• Track and optimise channel‑specific metrics such as email performance, social interactions and video consumption.
• Produce reporting dashboards that communicate impact on conversion and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with growth, product and compliance teams to align content with acquisition goals and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership or production.
• At least 3 years leading a content function at Head or Director level.
• Proven track record in fintech, crypto, digital banking or similarly regulated, fast‑growing sectors.
• Demonstrated success improving acquisition metrics through SEO and content‑driven campaigns.
