Head of APAC Marketing

About the role

Sodali & Co is seeking a Head of APAC Marketing to lead and execute marketing initiatives across its three practice areas – Shareholder Advisory, Sustainability and Strategic Communications. This hands‑on leader will drive brand visibility, support business development and ensure alignment with global strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out integrated marketing campaigns for the APAC region, supporting the Americas and EMEA practices where needed.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, timely marketing assets.
• Ideate, create and manage programmatic content, email communications and social media.
• Plan, execute and follow up on local events, from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with EMEA and Americas marketing leads to ensure seamless coordination.
• Monitor digital engagement metrics and contribute to performance reporting.
• Handle additional duties assigned by the centralized operations and client services team.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple regions.
• Strong ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones while adapting to regional nuances.
• Effective project manager who delivers programs on time and within budget.
• Excellent communicator comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience in professional services, financial services or consulting environments is preferred.
• Leadership skills to mentor junior team members and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Strong analytical abilities to track KPIs and report campaign performance.
