Guest Services Manager - Holiday Park, North Narrabeen

About the role

BelgraviaPRO is recruiting a Guest Services Manager for its holiday park in North Narrabeen, NSW. This is a full-time permanent salaried position reporting to the General Manager, where you will lead a passionate Guest Services team and shape memorable holiday experiences. The role also involves supporting the Housekeeping department.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Guest Services team, and work alongside them on reception and guest services during busy periods
• Oversee day-to-day operations of reception, reservations and guest services
• Handle guest enquiries and escalations, and coordinate rosters, team training and performance
• Plan and deliver guest activities and experiences, and collaborate with other departments for a seamless guest journey
• Support the Housekeeping department: coordinate daily room requirements, servicing and pre-arrival checks, plan rosters and supervise staff, monitor linen and stock, and advise on maintenance and WHS issues

Required profile

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role; experience as a supervisor or experienced housekeeper in a busy hospitality environment is preferred
• Friendly, enthusiastic, able to work weekends, evenings and public holidays, and flexible about hours
• First Aid Level 2, current CPR, National Police Check and Working with Children's Check NSW (obtained after onboarding)
• Good people and verbal communication skills, teamwork and a customer-centred approach

Required skills

• Computerised booking systems and good computer skills
• RMS 9+ (online reservation system) experience preferred but not necessary
