Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping)

About the role

The Sands Hotel in Carrum Downs, Victoria is looking for a Housekeeper described as a hard-working and efficient team member who makes every room feel like home away from home. The role is hands-on and involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain rooms to a high standard, following daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Help the Publican identify what needs repair and maintenance across the accommodation
• Work with the Front Office team to deliver special requests and make guests stay special

Required profile

• Attention to detail, with the ability to keep rooms crisp and clean
• Reliable, punctual and adaptable
• Able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently, including moving stock, kegs and deliveries
• Takes pride in their work
