We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Carrum Downs, Victoria. This role supports the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and a vibrant dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Monitor financial performance and help with budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality role.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
