Guest Service Agent – Luxury Resort Front Desk

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent at a five‑star resort, you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling front‑desk transactions, providing local insights and ensuring every stay is seamless and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage check‑in and check‑out processes and handle guest payments.
• Respond to guest inquiries, offering recommendations and local information.
• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with other departments to deliver a personalized experience.
• Maintain brand standards and uphold the resort’s luxury service ethos.
• Utilise the Opera property management system for reservations and billing.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, professional team player with a strong service mindset.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum one year of experience in a 5‑star front‑desk or guest‑service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR, First Aid or related certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera property management system.
